Official Rules & Terms and Conditions (Maine)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The SunDay Drinks × Parlor Skis Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SunDay Drinks, operated by 603 Tea Time LLC (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Google, Parlor Skis, or Sunday River.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Parlor Skis, and their respective affiliates are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on February 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Method 1: Purchase Entry (Online)

Participants may enter by:

  1. Purchasing any SunDay Drinks product from drinkasunday.com during the Sweepstakes Period (January–February), and

  2. Completing the official online entry form, including name and email address, and

  3. Following @drinkasunday on Instagram and tagging at least one (1) friend in the comments of the official Sweepstakes announcement post.

Each qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry.

Method 2: Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – Mail-In)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a free entry by mail as follows:

Hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth (21+ required) on a plain 3" × 5" card or a sheet of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than February 16, 2026 and received by February 27, 2026.

Mail-in entrants must also follow @drinkasunday on Instagram to be eligible. No purchase or Instagram tagging is required for mail-in entries.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Entries must be legible and complete. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person total, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

  • One (1) set of custom SunDay Drinks–branded skis from Parlor Skis

    • Skis only; bindings are not included

    • Winner must provide height and weight to Parlor Skis for sizing

  • Two (2) nights’ lodging near Sunday River Mountain

    • Check-in: March 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET

    • Check-out: March 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET

    • The exact lodging address will be disclosed to the winner only for privacy and security purposes

  • Two (2) lift tickets for Sunday River Mountain

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash alternative permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Transportation, meals, bindings, and incidental expenses not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be announced on Instagram via @drinkasunday and contacted via the email provided at entry. Winner must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Alcohol, Hemp & THC Disclaimer

SunDay Drinks products may contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and are intended only for adults 21+. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The prize does not include alcohol or cannabis products.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Parlor Skis, Sunday River, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or damaged entries.

11. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct.

12. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Maine.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and marketing communications, subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices.
